Marielle Munguia or Marmun is a young Mexican artist proposing new pictorial ideas nourished by emotion. Surrounded by contrasting dualities, Marielle grew up in Mexico City, observing and experiencing its diverse realities. Since Marmun girl she has always been distinguished by her observation skills. Said ability used to translate socially into shyness, she knew. Always searching for an alternative form of expression, the young woman embraced art as her voice. A vehicle of expression that gradually matured, pouring liters of thoughts, color, contrast, and emotion onto the canvas.
Acrylics, faces, and many colors abound in Marmun's work. The different characters that the artist conceives are incredibly expressive, dynamic, and memorable. They illustrate clear and exciting feelings and sensations. Although she is not limited to these, within her work you will find many acrylics, charcoals, and digital art.
She currently studies art at Centro, a Mexican art university.
